Biography

Charles Chang graduated from Ole Miss with MS in Chemical Engineering and continued for another MS in Packaging Engineering at Rutgers University. He also received his MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and APC in Marketing from NYU.

Charles started Topline Products in 1982 in the cosmetic packaging industry and built it to $100 million in sales. He sold it in 2016 and started TLC Products dedicated to commercializing the graphene composite technology developed at Rutgers University in 2017. After 3 years of effort, TLC has successfully tested the commercial production process. Now, TLC has built a production size machine and ready to run in the summer.
