Biography

Tarek is the business development manager at NanoXplore Inc., focusing on graphene applications, mainly in composites for the transportation industries. With a background in mechanical engineering and CleanTech projects in the world of Transportation, he started managing a grant-funded project at NanoXplore aimed at vehicle light-weighting through graphene-enhanced materials over 5 years ago, which has successfully delivered the topic of today’s presentation.

Tarek has also overseen graphene development projects in automotive applications from concept to production and is proud to be part of the force moving graphene forward in commercial applications.
